Bless the Lord, O my soul!

“Bless the Lord, O my soul! And all that is within me, bless His holy name!” Psalm 103:1

The Lord’s eternal love pours onto the afflicted. The outpouring of the unexplainable. Moments when you stand in awe. The pain so restricting, but the peace that surpasses all understanding so overwhelming. His presence illuminates. You’re lost in His love. Time escapes.

Bless the Lord, O my soul! Bless the Lord!

The issues don’t necessarily leave. Very present. But the eternal love of Your Savior eclipses the pain. You don’t have the answers. The solution for the problem is far. You wonder what your next step should be and you realize it’s to bless the Lord.

You don’t know whether you should sit or stand or kneel. “Which one Lord?” And you sense His smile and response, “Whatever is most comfortable for you right now. I will receive that praise.” So where you are at, you bless His holy name.

His love overwhelms your aching heart. The fear and stress surrendered at His feet. For this moment that surpasses time, you are surrendered to your King. “Here I am, Lord! Send me!”- Isaiah 6:8.

Will you pray with me?

Lord, thank You for Your amazing grace. For it is by grace that we are saved through faith in Jesus Christ- Ephesians 2:8. This truly is the life. So many King are struggling today, needing to bless You right where they are at. Issues surmounting, trials and storms pounding their heart. Lord, please meet them right where they are. You are the One in control. Not man. You are on the throne. You have perfect knowledge of everyone and the very situation that has their heart constricted tonight. Thank You King for meeting them right where they are at with a word of love. You love them so much. Your comfort is unexplainable. Would they recognize Your presence- Matthew 28:20? Praying Lord that mountains are moved in the lives of those afflicted. Lord, the ones You love, love You! They want to serve You with their gifts. They want to move in their sweetspot, solely because they can’t help responding to Your love. Would You open doors for them today, King? Would You ease their hurting heart. The pain, please alleviate. Please heal them right where they are- Psalm 30:2. Thank You for parting the Red Sea for others; for answering the prayers they’ve prayed night and day. For those facing different kinds of spiritual warfare, we pray that they would put on the whole armor of God. Thank You for protecting them. Lord, thank You for comforting the afflicted and correcting the oppressors. For today is the day of salvation- 2 Corinthians 6:2, not the day of oppression. You have a plan and You want us in line with You. We can’t do anything without You. Thank You for breaking the chains that are holding so many people down. Thank You for transforming hearts and opening eyes to truth. “You are worthy, O Lord, to receive glory and honor and power; for You created all things, and by Your will they exist and were created”- Revelation 4:11 NKJV. We love You so much! In Jesus’ precious name, Amen.
