Praying for Singles –

There are those who have the gift of singleness for life, and those who have the gift of singleness for a season. God knows and cares about everyone’s personal situation. Ultimately, Jesus Christ is every Christian’s heavenly Husband, as Isaiah 54:5 NLT says, “For your Creator will be your husband; the LORD of Heaven’s Armies is his name! He is your Redeemer, the Holy One of Israel, the God of all the earth.” And in that truth – everyone can live secure.

Praying for singles and their contentment, devotion to the Lord, for loneliness to be alleviated with genuine friendships – Psalm 68:6, for grace, mercy, compassion, support, pure love, deliverance, purity, security, and provision.

“Delight yourself in the LORD and He will give you your heart’s desires.” Psalm 37:4 NKJV * “The LORD is my light and my salvation; whom shall I fear? The LORD is the strength of my life; of whom shall I be afraid?” Psalm 27:1 NKJV * “I love you LORD; you are my strength.” Psalm 18:1 NLT

Prayer: Abba! We lift all of the singles up to You – praying for spouses to come into lives at the perfect time, for widows to experience Your love on a deeper level, for those divorced to hear You regarding their direction, and for every one who is single to love You even more and to purely love others. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
