Relentless prayer is a relentless pursuit in seeing God’s will done on earth.

“In describing Himself to us, God uses familial terms; this helps us with understanding. God is our Father – Romans 8:15, so we can talk to Him like we would to a father. Some people have amazing fathers here on earth, while some might not have had the best experience with their father; best to realize your father on earth is imperfect and God the Father is your God – the perfect Father. God is also our friend – James 2:23. Thus, we are able to talk to God with honor and respect – Matthew 6:9, while also talking to Him as we would share our heart with a friend. Some people throw standards on this by saying, ‘God already knows what you experienced today.’ Why yes He does. He still desires relationship, so what do we want to talk to Him about? We humans limit God, with our imperfect understanding; forgetting the heart of the psalmist who shared everything with God and God already knew all of the details of the situation.” – excerpt taken from Revival of the Hearts by Alysa VanderWeerd

CURRENT EVENTS

Employers secretly monitoring employee’s computers – Praying for employers who use Time Doctor or any monitoring software, and for the employees who are under surveillance – for integrity in their work and respect of employees’ privacy. With COVID-19 these software surveillances have been used by employers to monitor employees time at home on company computers. Prayerfully they are not monitoring people’s personal computers or phones, and if they are that they are exposed for that violation of privacy; and prayerfully they tell their employees that they are surveilling and what they monitor so that it is clear. Trusting the employer to utilize the software with integrity is difficult for some employees. Some employers or managers may misuse the software to gain personally, and that should be exposed. Praying for the right thing to be done for employers and employees.

“For I (Wisdom) speak the truth and detest every kind of deception.” Proverbs 8:7 NLT

Vanessa Bryant – is suing LA County and 4 deputies who took pictures of her husband Kobe Bryant and her daughter Gianna at the helicopter crash site on the day of their death and passed them around. She stated this caused severe emotional distress after learning that they shared images of the scene. The LA County Sheriff did order the deputies to delete the pictures. But they had already shared them. The judge ordered that a psychiatric evaluation take place for Vanessa. Kobe Bryant was a very high profile individual and knowledge of images being passed around regarding his death and his daughter’s death would be severely emotional distressing for the wife, as people would pay for those pictures simply because they are of Kobe and his daughter. Praying people see the truth and respect those who have died and their families.

“Trust in the LORD with all of your heart and lean not on your own understanding, in all your ways acknowledge Him and He will direct your paths.” Proverbs 3:5-6

“If you need wisdom, ask your generous God, and he will give it to you. He will not rebuke you for asking.” James 1:5 NLT
