Acts 10:36, says, “This is the message of the Good News for the people of Israel – that there is peace with God through Jesus Christ, who is Lord of all.”
Today, let’s pray for the peace of Jerusalem and for prosperity for all who love this city. And let’s pray for the salvation of the Jews – that they would experience peace with God through Jesus Christ.
Truly, we have peace with God because Jesus obeyed and did the will of the Father. He is the Prince of Peace, who defeated death and the grave for His people to live today on into heaven’s eternity. He cares about our inner being, our mental stability, our emotions, and what oppresses us and keeps us from experiencing freedom. He knows what causes us stress. He knows the real or perceived threats in our life that cause us anxiety. And He knows the situations we face when we experience a state of hopelessness, desiring deliverance.
Jesus is our Deliverer. He is our answer. And He says, “Come unto Me.”
Philippians 4:6-7 says, “Don’t worry about anything, instead pray about everything. Tell God what you need and thank Him for all that He has done. When you do this you will experience God’s peace, which is far more wonderful than the human mind can understand. His peace will guard your hearts and minds as you live in Christ Jesus.”
Abba! Thank You for the gospel and for guarding our hearts and minds with Your peace.
