Praying for Toddlers – to be loved purely and taught how to love others; pointed to Jesus Christ; talked to; read to; sung to; played with; and for orphans, those in the foster care system or those up for adoption to be placed in loving Christian homes.

“So God has given both his promise and his oath. These two things are unchangeable because it is impossible for God to lie. Therefore, we who have fled to him for refuge can have great confidence as we hold to the hope that lies before us. This hope is a strong and trustworthy anchor for our souls. It leads us through the curtain into God’s inner sanctuary. Jesus has already gone in there for us. He has become our eternal High Priest in the order of Melchizedek.” Hebrews 6:18-20 NLT

Prayer: Abba, we lift up all of the toddlers to You, asking for You to draw them and their sweet hearts to Yourself through Jesus Christ. Praying they are surrounded by love and that those around them talk to them about Your love. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

So, this time of relentless prayer, a refusal to give up when the enemy wants us to cave, is a time of endurance. A time where our faith is strengthened in Christ and His promises and our strength of character is developed – Romans 5:3-4; as we desire His promises to be fulfilled before our eyes here on earth.

There are different seasons people face, different times when God deepens one’s faith. It’s all God. He alone teaches one how to endure; it’s His holiness at work. These prayers that we keep praying, are truly miracles when answered; they are testimonies of those who are tried in the fire of suffering and perseverance, they are testimonies of those who are true genuine believers.

This is our time to live like Jesus in this world.

Above all, every day is an opportunity for us to share Jesus Christ in some way. Undeniably, every day is an opportunity for us to be Christ’s hands and feet in the lives of others, loving them like He does – and one way for us to do that is to pray for them. In truth, we intercede so much so they experience deliverance and blessing in their life. It is one way we Christians unite.
