Relentless prayer is a relentless pursuit in seeing God’s will done on earth.

“Another question some people ask in regards to prayer is, ‘How often are we supposed to pray for someone?’ Most Christians want to be true to their word; and so when we tell someone we are praying for them, we want to follow through. But there are times we forget, and then we feel guilty – we are human. To answer this question – the easiest way to not break our word is to pray in the moment for the individual; and how often we pray for others, truly depends on our burdened heart. There are a lot of people in this world who all have prayer needs. God hears one prayer – Psalm 116:1. But there are times we may feel burdened to keep praying for individuals; when that happens we need to realize the spiritual battle taking place behind the scenes and God is calling out, ‘Who will go for Us?’ and our burdened heart is us hearing Him call out – Isaiah 6:8. I firmly believe that when we are reminded of someone, God is inviting us to pray for them.” – excerpt taken from Revival of the Hearts by Alysa VanderWeerd

PRAYER

Abba! Thank You for keeping watch, You see both the good and the evil and we ask Lord for the evil to be removed. You see what is hurting Your people, You see what is hurting those that don’t know You. You are not ok with either. We pray for the salvation of those who don’t know You, and we pray for the freedom of all of the Chinese celebrities who are oppressed and censored by the Chinese government. We pray for Your will to be done in every one of these situations, praising You. For You are good and Your mercies endure forever. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
